While the violin and guitar sounds of The Hot Club provide their launching pad, the "Chefs" manage to reshape those Reinhardt/Grapelli influences to suit their own personalities, creating beautifully structured arrangements that shine new lights on this thoughtfully balanced menu of vocal and instrumental delights.
